About Us

Trinity Beach Club is a boutique holiday resort just moments from the beautiful Trinity Beach Esplanade. We are a small, established resort with a strong reputation on and Tripadvisor for delivering relaxed, high-quality tropical getaways.

We live onsite and manage the resort ourselves and are seeking a friendly, proactive Resort Assistant to help with daily operations, guest services, and light maintenance.

This is a lifestyle role with, ideal for someone looking for long-term stability in paradise.

About the Role

You will work alongside the onsite managers to keep the resort running smoothly, welcoming guests, maintaining the property's high standards, and assisting with day-to-day bookings and presentation tasks.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Delivering a 5-star guest experience, from welcoming guests at check-in to ensuring a smooth departure

  • Handling bookings, enquiries, emails, and basic office administration

  • Upselling and coordinating local tours, activities, and experiences for guests

  • Maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of common areas (BBQ area, pool surrounds, reception, amenities)

  • Conducting daily checks to ensure facilities are guest-ready and hygienic

  • Keeping driveways, entrances, and carparks neat, safe, and rubbish-free

  • Restocking supplies (such as BBQ and kitchen consumables) and monitoring for any minor maintenance needs

  • Acting as a friendly, knowledgeable point of contact for guests during their stay

Please note:
This is not a heavy labouring or gardening role. Grounds work is minimal and mainly involves keeping the property tidy and presentable - mowing and landscaping are handled separately.

About You

  • Passionate about customer service and creating memorable guest experiences

  • Previous experience in hospitality, accommodation, tourism, or customer-facing roles preferred

  • Confident handling basic bookings, emails, and guest administration

  • Friendly, proactive, and well-presented

  • Excellent communication and organisational skills

  • Physically fit for general movement, cleaning, and light manual tasks

  • Able to work independently and follow structured processes

  • Looking for a long-term role — this is not suited to short-term, seasonal, or working holiday visa applicants
