Job Description
We are currently looking for a
Junior Document Controller
to join our growing Natural Resource team, based in Brisbane. This is great opportunity for someone looking to grow their career further and gain experience with the support of an established Document Management Team.
- Provide Aconex admin and support
- Control of documents including design drawings, specifications, calculations, lists, data sheets, vendor data
- Check of Design Submissions to ensure metadata compliance
- Initiation of design reviews
- Reporting of contract deliverables
- Develop and provide core information and input for gateway reviews as require
- Ensure the timely turn around of documentation issued internally or received externally
- Ensure project documentation have been filed and closed out.
Qualifications
- Strong analytical skills and organisational skills
- Aconex experience essential
- 2 years Document Control experience
- Knowledge of the Natural Resources or infrastructure industry
- Previous experience with document control systems
- Data handling or processing experience and skills
- Attention to detail
