**Position Overview**:
As a part of the Corporate People and Culture Directorate, you will collaborate with various business units and stakeholders to enhance training delivery and outcomes, ensuring a safe and competent workforce.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications
- Current NSW Driver’s Licence.
- Experience in learning needs analysis, particularly within infrastructure or safety-regulated environments.
- Proficiency in Learning Management Systems (LMS) and data management.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Proven experience in project management and process improvement.
- Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously and as part of a small team.

- **Interview date**:Interviews will be facilitated within 2 weeks of closing
- **Package: From**$96,671 gross p.a. plus 12% superannuation.
- **Hours of work**:Temporary full-time role up to January 2027. You will have the option of a 19-day month through Council’s flex system.
