Data Processing (Remote | Part-time | Entry Level)

Key Responsibilities

-Input, process, and verify information accurately in internal and client databases

-Conduct routine data audits and correct discrepancies to maintain data integrity

-Prepare reports, spreadsheets, and summaries for management and client review

-Ensure all data is stored securely and complies with confidentiality standards

-Collaborate with HR and operations teams to improve data accuracy and workflow efficiency

-Support the creation and maintenance of process documentation and data templates

Qualifications / Skills

-Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy

-Solid time management skills with the ability to meet deadlines independently

-Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Google Sheets, and cloud-based data systems

-Basic analytical mindset with the ability to identify trends and inconsistencies

-Effective written and verbal English communication skills

-Willingness to learn, adapt, and grow in data administration and HR operations
