Wesley Social Enterprises (WSE), a division of UnitingSA, is seeking a passionate and experienced Supported Employment Coordinator to lead and support our team of Supported Employees across metropolitan Adelaide and Whyalla. This is a unique opportunity to combine leadership, case management, and NDIS expertise in a role that truly makes a difference.

About the Role

As the Supported Employment Coordinator, you will:

  • Provide leadership and supervision to Supported Employees and the Whyalla Business Supervisor.
  • Oversee NDIS plan implementation and support needs in the workplace.
  • Ensure quality assessment of referrals, case management, and progress monitoring.
  • Fulfil contractual obligations with funding authorities.
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to deliver person-centred, recovery-oriented support.

What You'll Bring

Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Degree in Human Services or Cert IV Individual Support (or equivalent).
  • NDIS Orientation Module (essential).
  • DHS Working with Children Check & NDIS Worker Screening (essential).
  • SA Driver's Licence (essential).
  • First Aid & CPR Certificate (desirable).

Experience:

  • Proven leadership in NDIS employment supports or similar.
  • Strong background in case management and support monitoring.
  • Experience working with psychosocial disability and mental health recovery principles.
  • Skilled in stakeholder engagement and continuous improvement.

Skills & Knowledge:

  • Deep understanding of the NDIS and disability employment sector.
  • Excellent communication, conflict resolution, and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to UnitingSA's values and inclusive workplace culture.
