**Join Our Team as an Employment Support Worker - WSE**

**About the Role**

Are you passionate about empowering people with disabilities to thrive in the workplace? Wesley Social Enterprises (WSE) is seeking a dedicated **Employment Support Worker** to provide hands-on support, guidance, and encouragement to our supported employees across a variety of work settings.

In this rewarding role, you’ll work closely with Business Supervisors to deliver on-the-job coaching, ensure quality and productivity standards are met, and help create inclusive, empowering work environments.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Provide practical instruction and guidance to Supported Employees to enable skill development & achievement of personal goals whilst supporting the delivery of high-quality contract services.
- Assist with quality control and liaise with customers to ensure expectations are met
- Collaborate with the Business Supervisors in monitoring team dynamics and performance.

**About You**

You’re a hands-on, compassionate team player who thrives in dynamic environments. Working outside, helping others build skills and confidence, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves to get the job done.

**You’ll bring**:

- Certificate III in Community Services (or similar) or equivalent experience
- A current Driver’s Licence
- Senior First Aid (or willingness to obtain)
- DHS NDIS Worker Screening Check (essential)
- Experience supporting people with disabilities, through work or lived experience (essential)
- Background in work crew, trade, or manual labour settings (desirable)
- Strong communication, problem-solving, time management skills and data entry
- Ability to work independently in isolated settings
