About US

We are a boutique, design-led residential builder specialising in architecturally considered renovations, extensions, and new homes across Bayside and inner Melbourne. We're passionate about quality craftsmanship, timeless detailing, and building long-standing relationships—with both clients and our team.

Projects range from $800k to $4M, and our close-knit team includes a licensed builder/director, qualified carpenters, a project manager, a design director, and two apprentices. We operate with transparency, care, and a drive to continuously improve—not just grow.

The Role

You'll be working across our range of high-end renovations, extensions, and custom builds, delivering carpentry at all stages of construction—from structural framing to detailed fit-off.

  • Working on high-end renovations, heritage additions, and custom new builds
  • Performing all aspects of carpentry: framing, fix, cladding, and fine detailing
  • Reading and interpreting construction drawings with accuracy
  • Take initiative and problem-solve, flagging design/buildability issues early
  • Collaborate closely with our experienced team of carpenters, site supervisors and subcontractors
  • Working independently while contributing to a team culture

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years post-apprenticeship experience in residential carpentry
  • Solid skills across structure and finish – with a keen eye for detail
  • Able to work unsupervised and deliver to a high standard
  • Physically fit, and safety conscious
  • Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of outcomes
  • Reliable, respectful, and relationship-focused
  • Must have White Card, own tools, and reliable transport
