**The Role**

As a Certificate III Trainee, you'll work hands-on with children while studying towards your nationally recognised qualification — all fully supported by your mentors and team leaders.

**Your day-to-day will include**:

- Assisting educators with planning and delivering engaging activities
- Supporting children's individual routines, development and wellbeing
- Building strong, respectful relationships with children, families and team members

**What We’re Looking For**
- A genuine interest in working with young children
- A positive, enthusiastic attitude and willingness to learn
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Reliability and a commitment to completing your studies
- No prior qualifications in early childhood required — this is an **entry-level traineeship**

**Eligibility**
- Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
- Must not have previously completed a Certificate III or higher qualification in Early Childhood Education
- Must be at least 18 years of age
