• Known for practical experience in the timely and accurate delivery of validated Market Data across financial instruments to support trading, risk management, and regulatory compliance
• Continuously enhance the product onboarding process to drive efficiency and user satisfaction
• Demonstrate hands-on experience with Market Data curves to support informed decision-making and manage market risk

About The Role
As a Senior Manager - Market Data Product Onboarding at CommBank, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing the client experience, supporting strategic initiatives, and driving operational excellence across market data services.

You will be responsible for delivering high-quality, timely and accurate Market Data and reporting, while fostering strong stakeholder relationships and contributing to the continuous improvement of our product onboarding and distribution processes. You will have deep knowledge of financial instruments and experience in Market Data workflows and possess strong technical skills.

This is 12-month maximum term role.

Key Responsibilities Will Also Include

• Source, validate and provide accurate and timely Market Data to meet growing client demand and support business operations.
• Demonstrate strong practical understanding of Market Data product onboarding concepts, Market Data systems and industry best practices.
• Demonstrable experience in Market Data cleansing to maintain high quality data sets.
• Identify and implement continuous improvements to accelerate product onboarding and support strategic automation initiatives.
• Proactively address potential blockers and manage escalations effectively.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to align on product onboarding delivery timelines.

We Are Interested In People Who Have

• Strong understanding and experience of Market Data systems, vendors (such as LSEG and Bloomberg) and distribution models.
• Experience with Market Data cleansing and quality assurance processes.
• Knowledge of real-time and historical data sourcing.
• Proven ability to onboard new Market Data products and an understanding of equities, fixed income, derivatives, FX and commodities.
• Knowledge of benchmarks, reference data, and pricing methodologies.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to drive process improvements and support automation initiatives.
• Possess a statistical or similar background or expertise to effectively address and resolve market data anomalies.
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
• Demonstrated proficiency in Python at an intermediate level.
