Due to continued growth, we are looking for Sales Consultants to join our dynamic Sales team.
You will have the ability to generate new business through an extensive client portfolio, successfully tender for government and private contracts and typically have the following profile: The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and growing our existing client base, as well as identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. The Sales Account Manager will work closely with our sales and marketing teams to develop your own customer base, your own ideas are always welcomed in our team
To be successful in this role you will have:
- A minimum 3+ years' experience in Sales and have strong Business Development Skills
- Tertiary qualifications in Business, Hospitality Management, Commercial.
- An understanding of some of the following market segments within sales of Corporate, Events, Government, Inbound and Outbound is a bonus
- Ability to work in a fast paced and continuous environment
Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow existing client accounts by building strong relationships and providing exceptional customer service
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, networking, and other sales activities
- Develop and implement sales strategies that align with company goals and objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met and issues are resolved in a timely manner
- Prepare and deliver sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients
- Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
