About the Role

As a Customer Care - Collections Officer you will be responsible for providing customer support to Money3 customers to recover overdue payments while maintaining a customer-first approach.

Day to day you'll be:

  • Working with customers regarding financial assistance
  • Discussing payment dates, amounts and ongoing payment plans with customers.
  • Keeping track of assigned customers and account payments.
  • Collections calls to customers.
  • Updating account status, data entry and system administration
  • Compliance with regulatory requirements, policies, and procedures
  • Assisting customers with queries and resolutions
  • Supporting the team with ad hoc duties

About you

  • You are a 'Natural' at supporting and helping others and genuinely enjoy doing so.
  • Your 'attention to detail' and ability to prioritise competing deadlines in a fast-paced environment is what you are known for.
  • You have a genuine desire to help others and have a natural talent to problem-solve.
  • You exercise good judgment.
  • You are comfortable learning new systems and ways of working.
  • Demonstrated experience in a similar position or experience in a customer service-based role preferably in financial services but not essential.
