Job Overview:

We are seeking a motivated Sales Assistant to support our sales operations and contribute to our growth. You will work closely with the director, engaging directly in the sales process, customer interactions, and project coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in sales and presentations, providing support and information as needed.
  • Communicate directly with clients to understand their needs and offer appropriate solutions.
  • Coordinate with the lead designer and engineer to ensure alignment between customer requirements and design specifications.
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotes, and contracts.
  • Follow up with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any inquiries or issues.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.
  • Support marketing efforts by managing social media accounts and assisting in the organization of promotional events.
  • Provide general administrative support to enhance daily operations.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales support or customer service roles is preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Keen attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with CRM software.
  • Passion for renewable energy and sustainability.
