As the Manager, you will be responsible for the development of a HR systems roadmap, establishing and maintaining effective systems governance and identifying, prioritising, and implementing system enhancements. Additionally, you will ensure the impacts of changes to any of the components supporting enterprise HR Systems and applications are understood and managed to maintain defined service levels and maintain effective communication with the key business representatives during service restoration in major incidents.

About you

We are searching for someone with:

Demonstrated high level ability to conceptualise, develop, communicate, and evaluate new innovative and creative approaches to address complex organisational issues with respect to complex information systems, measurement programs and initiatives (SFIA: BUSA 5).

Demonstrated ability to manage diverse activities and priorities across organisational boundaries to ensure that service delivery meets agreed service levels in a customer focused ICT environment. With experience in negotiating and managing contracts and service level agreements with emphasis on a strong customer focus. (SFIA: SLMO Level 5)

Well-developed management skills and knowledge including high level ability in the areas of planning, managing resources, budget preparation, financial and management. (SFIA: FMIT Level 5)

Extensive expert knowledge of current and emerging practices in the management of large-scale enterprise applications and the ability to rapidly acquire knowledge of the business environment in a HR and healthcare setting. (SFIA: EMRG Level 5)
