Responsibilities:  You will be at the forefront of creating memorable moments for our guests. Your responsibilities will include but limited to:

Warm Welcome: Greet guests with a friendly and welcoming demeanour, ensuring a positive first impression.

Efficient Check-In/Check-Out: Process guest arrivals and departures with efficiency and accuracy, addressing any special requests or preferences.

Information Resource: Provide guests with information about hotel amenities, local attractions, and services to enhance their stay.

Problem Resolution: Handle guest inquiries, concerns, and issues promptly and professionally, striving to exceed expectations.

Communication: Maintain effective communication with other departments to ensure seamless coordination and delivery of services.

Upselling: Promote hotel amenities and upgrades to enhance the guest experience and contribute to revenue goals.

Safety and Security: Be vigilant in ensuring the safety and security of guests and the property, following established procedures.

Requirements:

Previous experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry is preferred.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.

Ability to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.

Knowledge of RMS is an asset.

Current Victorian Drivers Licence.
