Now, we're looking for an outstanding Receptionist & Administrator to be the face and voice of our business.

This role is critical. The first conversation, the first smile, the first impression—that's you. Whether someone walks in or calls through, they could choose to work with us based on how you make them feel. We're not just after someone who can answer a phone. We want a professional who can carry our brand in their presence, tone, and actions—someone who takes pride in excellence and thrives in a high-performance environment.

Core Responsibilities:


• Warmly greeting all clients, guests, and tradespeople—setting a premium tone from the moment they arrive


• Answering, screening, and directing phone calls efficiently and with polish


• Coordinating incoming and outgoing mail, deliveries, and daily office logistics


• Managing key systems such as database entries, appointment scheduling, meeting rooms, and team communications


• Supporting the sales and property management teams with general administration


• Maintaining a presentable, organised and professional front office space


• Contributing to team culture through consistency, reliability, and a solutions-focused mindset

We're Looking For:


• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills


• Professional presentation and a naturally warm, confident manner


• Strong attention to detail and ability to juggle multiple tasks calmly and effectively


• A hunger to learn, grow and contribute meaningfully to a thriving team


• Experience in real estate, property, reception, retail or corporate administration will be highly regarded
