The Tailor Room: Bar Supervisor

Location: Argyle St, The Rocks NSW 2000, Australia

Job Summary:

The Tailor Room is seeking a skilled and passionate bar supervisor to join our team in Sydney. Assist the venue manager to create a consistent work environment. The ideal candidate will have experience in creating and serving a variety of beverages, providing exceptional customer service, and maintaining a clean and inviting bar environment. The candidate will also assist on upholding our Tailor Room standard and guide the team the right path.

Responsibilities:

  • Supervising and upholding the standards for Tailor Room.
  • Helping with training programs.
  • Consistent work environment everyday.
  • Apply and create checklists.
  • Quality checking for ingredients.
  • Be apart of menu design and creation.
  • Creating an atmosphere for the guests and for team members.
  • Strong cocktail knowledge - We highly focus on classic cocktails.
  • Intimidate spirit knowledge.
  • Ensure guest experience standards are met.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
  • Monitor inventory and restock supplies as needed
  • Follow all safety and health regulations

Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2 years of bartending experience.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Knowledge of cocktail recipes and drink preparation techniques
  • Strong attention to detail
