You’ll oversee the daily operations of the bars, ensuring everything runs smoothly and our guests feel like royalty. From creating a welcoming atmosphere to maintaining top-notch service standards, you'll be the driving force behind an unforgettable experience.

About the Role:

- Supervise the daily operations of Blu Bar, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
- Lead and motivate our talented team, setting the standard for outstanding service.
- Maximize profitability by maintaining operational efficiency and upholding the highest service standards.
- Collaborate with the management team to create exciting experiences for our guests.
- Keep the energy high and the vibes even higher, all while maintaining attention to detail.
- Create Signature cocktails from a variety of spirits and from you knowledge.

About You:

- Previous experience in a supervisory role within food and beverage (hotel experience is a plus).
- A passion for creating memorable guest experiences.
- Strong leadership and communication skills to inspire your team.
