YOUR NEW ROLE

This is a unique opportunity for a 12-month mat leave cover, to take ownership of the digital and eCommerce strategy for Elizabeth Arden across Australia and New Zealand. You'll lead performance-driven campaigns, optimise the DTC website, and drive commercial outcomes.

Digital Strategy & Execution

  • Lead paid media campaigns across Search (SEO & PPC) and Paid Social
  • Manage CRM strategy and EDM campaigns via Klaviyo
  • Optimise for performance, UX, and brand alignment

eCommerce Management

  • Own DTC sales performance and ecommerce KPIs (conversion, AOV, retention)
  • Manage Shopify platform and promotional calendar
  • Drive database growth and customer acquisition
  • Ensure accurate pricing, product info, and customer service standa
    rds

Planning & Reporting

  • Lead monthly digital calendar planning
  • Deliver performance scorecards and insights to senior stakeholders
  • Support budget planning and PO management

REQUIREMENTS

  • 3–4 years' experience in digital marketing or eCommerce
  • Tertiary qualification in Marketing or Business
  • Hands-on experience with Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Analytics
  • Strong commercial acumen and forecasting skills
  • Proven ability to manage campaigns, agencies, and stakeholders
  • Passion for beauty and digital innovation
