We're looking for an OSHC Director of Service, who's ready to bring their A-game and lead our incredible service in Doncaster East, with fun, creativity, and passion.

As an OSHC Director of Service, you'll have the opportunity to:

Unleash your imagination and plan unforgettable activities for primary aged students.
Lead a dynamic and supportive team of educators who are just as passionate as you.
Create a safe and exciting environment where kids can let their creativity soar.
Build strong relationships with parents and the wider school community through regular communication & collaboration.
Foster a positive and inclusive community to ensure the happiness of every child.
Keep things running smoothly by ensuring your service is compliant to the legislation, National Quality Standards, and MTOP.
We're looking for someone who has:

A passion for working with kids and a talent for bringing out the best in them.
Excellent communication and leadership skills that inspire others to follow your lead.
A creative problem-solving approach and the ability to handle any situation that comes your way.
Prior experience working within the OSHC sector, or a relevant sector
If you're a natural leader, have a zest for life, and love working with kids, then we want you on our team
