They are known for combining technical strength with genuine care for their clients, and now they are looking for their next Account Manager to join their high performing team. This is not just another servicing role. This role is open to candidates across Victoria, New South Wales and Queensland

What you'll bring

  • Prior experience in operations or customer service within Life Insurance or Superannuation is preferred.
  • Ability to develop deep relationships with stakeholders and deliver great client outcomes
  • Proficiency with Excel and analytical skills to make informed decisions.
  • A desire to work with clients matched with an understanding of the importance of delivering an exceptional service.
  • A growth mindset with a desire to learn and develop.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities while delivering quality outcomes
