Under a Accor's Hotel Management Agreement in partnership with the Djigardaba Enterprise Aboriginal Corporation, it offers guests a gateway to explore the UNESCO World Heritage-listed park. The lodge provides a variety of accommodations, including lodge rooms, eco-tents, and camping sites, along with amenities such as two swimming pools, restaurants, bars, a general store, and access to Yellow Water Cruises and the Warradjan Cultural Centre.

Job Description
Room Attendant Duties:
- Clean, service, and maintain guest rooms to the highest standards
- Replenish amenities and linens
- Report maintenance issues and lost property
- Ensure guest privacy and security
Public Area Attendant Duties:
- Maintain cleanliness of all public areas, including lobbies, restrooms, corridors, and outdoor spaces
- Respond promptly to guest requests and feedback
- Assist with occasional deep cleaning projects
- Ensure all areas are presented to Accor brand standards
Qualifications
Qualifications, Knowledge & Experience
- Previous cleaning experience, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Solid understanding of the proper use of cleaning equipment, chemicals, and safety procedures.
- Demonstrated ability to maintain high cleanliness standards in fast-paced environments.
Competencies
- Strong attention to detail with a proactive, can-do attitude.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, even in dynamic or high-pressure situations.
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor with guests and colleagues alike.
Additional Requirements
- A valid driver's license is ideal.
- Flexible with working hours, including weekends and public holidays.
- Must embody the values and guest-centric culture of the Accor Heartist philosophy.
