We're looking for enthusiastic and dedicated team members to help deliver exceptional experiences to our clients' guests. We have a variety of roles available across hospitality and tourism, including front-of-house, back-of-house, and guest experience positions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greeting and assisting guests, ensuring outstanding customer service
  • Handling reservations, check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries
  • Preparing and serving food and beverages to high standards
  • Maintaining cleanliness and presentation of rooms, dining, and public areas
  • Supporting events, tours, or activities, including setup and coordination
  • Providing information on local attractions, tours, and services
  • Operating point-of-sale systems and handling payments accurately
  • Managing stock levels and assisting with ordering supplies
  • Maintaining compliance with health, safety, and licensing regulations
  • Assisting with administrative tasks, reporting, and record-keeping
  • Supporting team members and contributing to a positive workplace culture
  • Handling guest concerns professionally and escalating when necessary
