About Us

Here at 360 Health Management, we are a regional disability support provider based in Shepparton, with offices in Seymour, Bendigo, and Swan Hill. We are committed to delivering exceptional service to our community, guided by our core values. We have been in operation since 2020 where our founder saw a gap in local support that needed to be filled. Now, 5 years later we have a team of over 70 all with an abundance of skills and knowledge all working towards supporting our participants.

The Role:

Looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented person to join our Finance team. In this role you will be responsible for ensuring Up-To-Date invoicing and accounts payable functions, ensuring that all invoices are correct and processed timely, ensuring to support the business in achieving its goals.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

NDIS Claiming & Reconciliation

  • Submit and manage NDIS claims through PRODA and related portals.
  • Reconcile participant accounts, ensuring payments are received, allocated, and followed up as needed.
  • Monitor outstanding balances and maintain debtor ledger integrity.
  • Liaise with the relevant parties to resolve claim discrepancies and manage manual claim processes.
  • Oversee the finance inbox and triage related queries efficiently.
  • Generate weekly receivables reports and provide insights into NDIS claim performance.
  • Ensure that NDIS funding relevant to each participant's plan is claimed as per the NDIS price guide and internal guidelines.

Other tasks

  • Support the delivery of the day-to-day financial operations.
  • Collate relevant data and information to support the preparation of monthly/quarterly financial reporting information.
  • Escalate issues with debtors as they arise in a timely manner.
  • Management of debtors within acceptable trading terms.
  • Assist the Finance Manager as requested to ensure effective management of cash flow including cash management, cash flow budgeting, and bank reconciliations.

Essential Criteria

  • Certificate in commerce, business, or accounting.
  • Knowledge or experience working within the financial structure of the NDIS.
  • Demonstrated experience in working in a medium to large organisation with a strong understanding of financial processes, accounting.
  • Advanced computer skills with a strong knowledge of accounting software including Xero and MS Excel
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills with demonstrated experience of working collaboratively and influencing across multiple stakeholder groups.
  • Police Check (or willing to obtain)
