Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and reliable General Hand to join our team in Kalgoorlie. This is an introductory-level role, providing a great opportunity for individuals looking to build their experience within a production and processing environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with filter cloth preparation and cleaning.

  • Perform general clean-up and housekeeping duties around the site.

  • Support the processing team with various production-related tasks.

  • Prepare containers and materials as required.

  • Operate loaders and forklifts (where relevant certifications are held).

  • Undertake other general site work as directed by the Company.

Requirements:

  • Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.

  • Physically fit with the ability to perform manual tasks.

  • Willingness to learn and take direction.

  • Loader and/or forklift licenses (desirable but not mandatory).

  • Ability to work on a structured roster in a site-based environment.

  • Indigenous and Aboriginal applicants are strongly encouraged to apply.
