This role suits someone with 1–2 years' experience who is eager to develop expertise in policy analysis and reform advocacy.
About AMPLIFY
We're a non-partisan, independent not-for-profit that is driven by people - not politics.
AMPLIFY is on a mission to help Australia become the fairest and most prosperous country on earth. We are a bold and fast-moving startup reimagining how communities shape politics and policy in Australia. We are a small team reaching for a big impact, combining rigorous policy analysis with innovative community engagement tools to build support for bold reforms.

• A strong sense of purpose in your work. We are giving Australians a voice in the issues that matter and you will be contributing to building support for bold reforms.
• The opportunity to apply cutting-edge community tools to policy challenges and learn from a small, senior team, with exposure to decision-makers.
• Genuinely flexible work.
• Generous leave provisions including paid "shut down" days, up to 5 days additional "Amped" leave days each year and 12 weeks paid parental leave for all new parents.
• Not for Profit salary packaging benefits which can lower your taxable income and increase your take home pay.
If you're energised by big ideas and driven by impact, we'd love to hear from you
