The Material Planner at Austal Defence Australia ensures timely availability of materials for production by maintaining accurate data in the ERP system, translating manufacturing BOMs into production BOMs, and coordinating order releases to support efficient procurement and scheduling.

You'll Need

  • 1-3+ years' experience in materials planning or procurement
  • Strong understanding of supply chain and logistic principles
  • Proficiency in ERP/MRP system
  • Strong understanding of shipbuilding materials and specifications
  • Skilled in working with engineering, procurement, logistics and production teams.
