A new entry-level opportunity has become available for a Level 1 IT Support Analyst, resulting from continued growth and increasing customer support needs.

Role & Responsibilities:

  • Provide first-level support to customers seeking technical assistance
  • Troubleshoot basic software, hardware and network issues
  • Log, monitor and manage incidents and service requests
  • Escalate issues appropriately based on priority
  • Maintain clear documentation and support notes
  • Collaborate with internal teams to assist with problem resolution
  • Contribute to process improvements as you develop capability
  • Provide consistent and professional customer service
  • Support occasional after-hours activity when required (with notice)

Skills & Experience:

  • No previous IT support experience required
  • Strong communication skills, written and verbal
  • A natural problem solver with a logical approach
  • Able to stay calm under pressure and manage competing tasks
  • Customer-first mindset with a willingness to learn
  • Basic understanding of cybersecurity principles (advantage)
  • Relevant IT studies or self-taught technical knowledge (preferred but not essential)
  • Self-motivated, reliable and able to work with minimal supervision
  • Team-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude
  • Must hold Australian citizenship or permanent residency for employment eligibility
