The Company

The assignment

  • To show prospective renters through the property
  • To maintain set open for inspection time
  • To assist prospective renters with applying and ensuring application forms fields are completed correctly.
  • To report to Property Manager on enquiry rates, inspection rates, general feedback and any issue affecting leasing.
  • to complete ingoing condition reports using company software App
  • Read the electricity meters at the buildings and complete the reading report on a monthly basis; forward to the general accounts for their action.

Duration/Period/Wage

  • Have a current drivers licence and a reliable car - this is a MUST
  • 3 days per week before Christmas
  • 5-6 days per week (Mon – Sat) after Christmas until all properties are leased, around mid of Feb to early March 2026.
  • Hours: approximately hours per day
  • Remuneration: $32.50 per hour plus superannuation
  • Travel reimbursement at $0.98 per kilometer travelled

The ideal Candidates

  • Have a current drivers licence and a reliable car - this is a MUST

  • Professional, courteous, friendly and helpful presentation
  • A positive, upbeat attitude
  • Sales skills
  • Ability to remain calm under pressure
  • Clean reference
