STEPS Group Australia is on the lookout for a dynamic LLND Trainer to deliver the Skills for Education and Employment (SEE) Program in Alice Springs. This is your chance to be part of a national Not-for-Profit that's changing lives through education, empowerment, and opportunity.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Deliver engaging LLND training tailored to adult learners
  • Adapt resources to meet individual learning goals and styles
  • Problem-solve creatively to meet contract requirements
  • Build strong relationships with local organisations for referrals
  • Accurately assess and record student progress and outcomes
  • Promote the SEE Program and collaborate with stakeholders

What You'll Bring:

  • TAE40110 Certificate IV in Training & Assessment (or higher)
  • TAESS00026 Foundation Skills Integration Skillset (or willingness to obtain)
  • 100+ hours of adult education experience
  • Respect for diversity and Indigenous Australian culture
  • Ability to pass a National Police Check and hold a current Driver Licence
