We are partnering with a leading property company that is investing in next-generation technology solutions to support data-driven decision-making and operational excellence. They are looking for a skilled Database & Integration Developer to join their Technology Solutions team, focusing on integrating business applications, managing data flows and optimizing database solutions across their platform.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build and maintain system integrations using Dell Boomi (Intapp Integration Services), APIs (REST/SOAP) and file-based data transfers (XML, CSV)
  • Develop and optimize Microsoft SQL Server databases, including T-SQL queries, stored procedures, SSIS packages and ETL workflows
  • Implement data pipelines and transformations to support reporting, analytics and operational systems
  • Automate integration processes and operational workflows using Python, PySpark, C#, .NET, Java or PowerShell
  • Monitor integrations and data flows, troubleshoot issues and optimize performance for reliability and scalability
  • Ensure integrations and databases comply with governance, security and privacy standards, including encryption and access controls
  • Maintain technical documentation and share best practices with the team
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and vendors to design solutions and implement enhancements

Required Experience

  • 3+ years designing and managing integration solutions, preferably using Dell Boomi or similar tools
  • 2+ years with Microsoft SQL Server, including query optimization and ETL processes
  • Experience with Python, PySpark, C#, .NET, Java or PowerShell for automation and integration tasks
  • Knowledge of source control and CI/CD pipelines (Git, Azure DevOps) for deployment and version control
  • Strong troubleshooting, monitoring and performance tuning skills

Nice to Have

  • Experience with Microsoft Fabric, Azure Databricks or similar data analytics platforms
  • Familiarity with observability and monitoring tools such as Grafana, ELK or OpenTelemetry
  • Experience with Kafka and multi-system integrations in property or large enterprise environments
