Purpose of the Role
As the Area Contract Manager, you'll take the reins of a high-volume, performance-driven, residential building and maintenance division of BGIS. Reporting directly to the Account Director, this role is equal parts strategist, operator, and people leader.

You'll work closely with the Executive Team to refine commercial strategies, improve operational efficiencies, and represent BGIS to our client at a senior level.

Your remit will span financial performance, organisation culture, customer success, vendor partnerships, and change leadership.

This role is suited to a confident and experienced Contract Manager, ready to have a real impact on Contract outcomes, and who has a continuous improvement mindset and the experience to execute with precision.

About You
You're a proven leader with deep operational and commercial experience in either facilities management, trade services, or residential construction and maintenance services. You're naturally strategic, highly adaptable, and capable of steering a business through growth and complexity.
