We are currently looking to appoint anAssistant Night Manager to join our fantastic Front Office Team. Alongside the Night Manager, the Assistant Night Manager will be responsible for managing the overnight shift with the successful candidate being able to work on a rotating roster. This is an overnight role with shifts starting at 10:30pm.

You will be responsible for:

  • Ensuring the safety and security of the Hotel overnight
  • Help manage a small night team
  • Create an efficient and friendly guest experience
  • Be a point of contact for all guest needs
  • Promote hotel facilities and associated loyalty programs
  • Accurately maintaining detailed guest reservations

Ideally you will have:

  • Experience with Opera
  • Previous experience in a Night Audit or Guest Service Agent
  • A passion for the hospitality industry & have an eye for detail
  • A customer service focus and enjoy working in a team environment
