We are looking for a Machine Operator/Warehouse Assistant to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for operating teabag machinery, maintaining inventory, processing orders, and ensuring smooth warehouse operations. The role combines technical machinery operation with key warehouse duties to support our high-volume, fast-paced production environment.

Teabag Machine Operation:

  • Operate and monitor teabag machinery, ensuring smooth and efficient production of tea bags.

  • Set up, calibrate, and adjust machines according to production specifications.

  • Conduct routine maintenance, cleaning, and troubleshooting of machinery to ensure optimal performance.

  • Perform thorough quality checks on teabags, ensuring they meet company standards for quality and consistency.

Warehouse:

  • Picking, packing, and dispatching orders with attention to detail.

  • Receiving and receipt of all deliveries, ensuring proper inventory management.

  • Accurately completing orders, including blends.

  • Ensuring all product labelling is correct and products are stored in the correct pick locations.

  • Conducting stock-take and inventory management

  • Assisting with general warehouse duties as required

    Skills Required:

  • Attention to detail and the ability to spot potential quality issues.

  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Positive "can-do" attitude and proactive approach to challenges.

  • Forklift license (beneficial).
