All-Rounders Wanted – Join Our Fast-Paced Coffee House & Drive-Thru Team

Sexie Coffie is on the lookout for energetic, reliable All-Rounders who can thrive in our extremely busy, fast-paced coffee house and drive-thru environment. If you've got a friendly personality, love interacting with customers, and can adapt to ongoing, market-leading changes, we want you on our team

What We're Offering

  • Hours ranging from 15 to 38 per week
  • Availability required between 4:45 am and 6:15 pm, 7 days a week
  • Opportunities for all age groups looking for a great role
  • Further opportunities available for after-school, weekend, and holiday hours for school-aged applicants from Grade 10
  • Pathways to supervisor roles – once you're confident with operations, you're eligible for promotion

What We're Looking For

  • Experience across most areas of a café – but if you're a quick learner, we still encourage you to apply
  • Aspirations to grow and take on more responsibility
  • Ability to perform in an extremely busy, fast-paced environment
  • Friendly, customer-focused personality – you genuinely enjoy talking to people

What You'll Do

  • Prepare coffee and other café products to a consistently high standard
  • Serve customers in-store and through the drive-thru with efficiency and warmth
  • Maintain a clean, organised workspace
  • Support your teammates to keep operations running smoothly
