What You'll Do

  • Provide expert health advice and support to all site personnel
  • Conduct health assessments, screenings, and wellness programs
  • Assist in managing workplace health risks and ensuring compliance with safety standards
  • Support injury prevention initiatives and rehabilitation programs
  • Collaborate with external health providers and emergency services
  • Maintain accurate health records and report on health trends

What You'll Bring

  • Tertiary qualification in Physiotherapy, Occupational Health, Nursing, or related field
  • Proven experience in a health role within a mining or heavy industry setting
  • Strong knowledge of workplace health and safety regulations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
