We are looking for a great Booking & Scheduling Team Member with a dynamic and positive "can do" mindset to join our energetic Group working from our office in Brisbane, QLD.
The role involves onboarding new customers, booking in first services, scheduling ongoing services, confirming quality completion of each service and supporting successful invoicing for delivery. Above all else ensuring great communication to meet customer expectations for on time and quality service delivery.

- Ability to schedule and maintain registers for the range of day to day business practices and SOPs
- The ability to follow procedures and work programs as directed
- A proven commitment to safety in the workplace
- An enthusiastic and positive approach to all duties
- Able to work unsupervised or as part of a team and sharing your knowledge with others
