About Us

We're a growing company launching a new mobile app designed to help NDIS participants and Support Coordinators find the right providers quickly — based on location, provider gender, and languages spoken.

Participants and coordinators use the app free, while providers pay a membership fee to be listed. Our mission is to make finding support simple, transparent, and trustworthy.


The Role

We are seeking a Sales Executive / Business Development professional to drive provider acquisition and partnerships during our 90-day launch campaign. This is a hands-on sales role requiring proactive outreach, relationship-building, and follow-through.

You will be responsible for:

  • Building and managing a list of NDIS providers across Australia
  • Conducting cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to secure new sign-ups
  • Attending NDIS expos, industry events, and provider visits to promote CareCompass
  • Collecting testimonials and success stories from providers and participants
  • Hosting or supporting webinars and demos for Support Coordinators
  • Developing partnerships with support coordinator networks and disability organisations
  • Tracking leads, conversions, and KPIs in a structured way (CRM/spreadsheet)

About You
  • Proven experience in sales, business development, or provider engagement (NDIS, healthcare, allied health, or SaaS preferred)
  • Confident communicator — comfortable with cold calls, presentations, and networking
  • Self-motivated and proactive — able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Willingness to attend expos and events (occasional travel required)
  • Strong organisational skills — able to manage a pipeline and hit KPIs

KPIs (90-Day Goals)
  • Sign up 150+ providers (mix of trial and paid)
  • Convert at least 25% of trial providers into paid memberships
  • Establish 5+ partnerships with coordinators or disability organisations
  • Contribute to early traction with provider testimonials and case studies
