Your Day-to-Day:

  • Learn to install and maintain split systems, ducted systems, and VRV air conditioning
  • Assist with service work, maintenance, and basic repairs
  • Gain hands-on experience on real projects in homes and light commercial settings
  • Work alongside skilled electricians and develop additional trade skills
  • Be rewarded for efficiency — if you complete a ducted install in under 8 hours with the team, you head home early and still get paid for a full day
  • Grow your abilities while being fully supported by a team that has your back and being paid.

Who We're Looking For:

  • A motivated, hardworking legend of a person — personality and attitude matter more than school reports
  • Enjoys working with your hands and solving problems
  • Positive attitude, good communication skills, and a willingness to learn
  • A team player who wants to grow in a skilled trade
  • Must have a current driver's licence
