Senior Manager - Business Services: Brisbane

This is a senior leadership opportunity in a firm that blends advisory with deep client relationships.

You'll lead a high-performing team, manage complex client portfolios, and work closely with Partners to deliver strategic and commercial outcomes. The firm's clients include established private groups, family offices and growing SMEs.

What you'll do


• Oversee team performance and client delivery across compliance and advisory


• Review complex financials, returns, and tax strategies


• Lead client meetings and provide forward-focused advice


• Mentor Managers, Assistant Managers and intermediates


• Contribute to business development and firm growth strategy.

What's required


• CA/CPA qualified


• 8+ years in public Practice with team leadership experience


• High-level communication skills and a genuine client focus


• A strategic mindset and strong technical base
