About the Role:

Based at Slacks Creek, we're on the hunt for an experienced Production Manager to lead a small team.

Your proactive hands-on Leadership capability will be paramount to ensure the small team of production/manufacturing staff are focused on quality and work orders are prioritised effectively to produce the required targets and outcomes.

Previous Odoo software experience highly regarded.

Your demonstrated experience in Manufacturing and Production will be utilised along with your knowledge of metals, plastics, cutting & engraving machines, presses, CNC machines and welding.

Production hours are 7:00am - 3:30pm Monday to Friday.

Your skills and Core experience:

  • Demonstrated experience and proven track record in Production Coordination and Supervision within a manufacturing environment with a stable employment history.
  • Proven ability to effectively schedule production requirements including staff, supplies etc.
  • Experience coordinating and implementing production schedules meet deadlines and client requirements with exceptional attention to detail and a proactive approach.
  • Proven leadership skills as a HANDS-ON DOER – ability to mentor a small team to achieve quality and efficiency.
  • Proven ability to take ownership of projects and tasks with demonstrated problem solving and time management skills.
  • Highly motivated, committed, team focused and reliable.
