We are based in the northern suburbs of Melbourne and are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join our experienced installation team.

Position Overview: We are currently looking for a long-term, full-time team member to assist in the installation of our range of products. As an Labour to train to become an installer, you will work closely with our team to ensure that each job is completed to the highest standards, and that our customers are left with a professional and satisfying experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Install a variety of window furnishings, including Roller Shutters, Blinds, Awnings, and Plantation Shutters at residential and commercial locations around Victoria.
• Use power tools and work from ladders to complete installations safely and effectively.
• Follow detailed instructions and install products as prescribed, ensuring precision and attention to detail.
• Work collaboratively with the team, but also be able to work independently when needed.
• Communicate with customers in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
• Maintain the cleanliness and upkeep of company equipment, including tools, vehicle, and devices.

About You: The ideal candidate for this role will be someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, possesses a strong work ethic, and is passionate about delivering excellent results. You should have the following skills and qualities:

• Proven experience with power tools .
• Ability to work safely and confidently from ladders.
• Hold a valid Australian Driver's License.
• Ability to follow instructions accurately and efficiently.
• Strong problem-solving abilities, particularly in high-pressure situations.
• A quick learner, with the ability to think ahead and anticipate challenges.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• A proactive approach to work and willingness to take the initiative.
• Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy.
• A positive, customer-focused attitude.
• The ability to work as part of a team while also being capable of working independently when required.

Preferred (but not essential) Skills/Experience:

• Previous experience in the window furnishing industry or a related field would be an advantage, but not essential.
• Training will be provided to ensure you're fully equipped to succeed in the role.

Work Schedule:

• Monday to Friday (Weekdays) and some weekends
• Work is carried out at various locations around Victoria each day, so flexibility and the ability to travel are required.
