We're looking for a hands-on Marketing Manager who thrives on getting things done — from running campaigns to supporting tender bids, and showcasing projects that shape our communities.

This role is ideal for a marketer who enjoys rolling up their sleeves, balancing creativity with execution, and making a direct impact on business growth.


What You'll Do
  • Drive marketing campaigns that promote our services, tenders, and project milestones.
  • Create and manage marketing materials — brochures, case studies, project profiles.
  • Manage website updates, social media channels, and email campaigns.
  • Support the bid team with polished proposals, presentations, and tender submissions.
  • Ensure brand consistency across digital channels, signage, and project sites.
  • Draft press releases, newsletters, and stakeholder communications.
  • Track campaign performance and keep marketing assets up to date.

What You'll Bring
  • 3–5 years' marketing experience (construction/engineering/property highly valued).
  • Strong skills in digital marketing, social media, and content creation.
  • Experience with tender/bid submissions a big plus.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Canva/Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Excellent written communication, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
