Our team are currently looking for experienced Team Leaders for our warehouse based in Erskine Park.

Monday to Friday

7am and 3pm starts

Pay Rate: $37+

As this is a luxury customer, quality and attention to detail is paramount:

  • Assign, monitor & assist tasks to warehouse associates (picking, packing, sorting, loading/unloading, etc.).
  • Ensure orders are processed accurately and on time.
  • Prioritize workloads based on inbound/outbound schedules and KPIs.
  • Assist team members with their issues related to orders
  • Maintain excellent communication with the team
  • Raise & address requests from client's Customer Service
  • Send & Respond to Emails
  • Maintain & record the internal KPI and other admin files
  • Multitasking & Detail oriented approach
  • Be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous experience of WMS & sound knowledge of Excel
