What's the role?

Working within our Customer Services Team you'll have responsibility to provide exceptional levels of service and provide a great experience to all our internal and external customers by:

  • Taking incoming customer calls and emails in a fast, friendly and efficient manner

  • Entering and Following-up customer orders and inquiries

  • Assisting with general administration duties.

  • Liaising with internal departments

  • Can work from home for 2 days a week after training period

What are we looking for?

To be successful in this role, you will ideally possess the following skills and experience:

  • Marine industry experience highly desirable

  • Experience in a customer service call centre environment desirable

  • Great attention to detail and time management

  • Ability to follow instructions as well as use initiative and be proactive

  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Intermediate Microsoft Office skills
