About the Finance Department
The Finance Department provides services covering: Management Accounting, incorporating budgeting and financial analysis, Financial Accounting, incorporating Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Capital, Patient Billing and Sundry Debtors, Private Practice administration, Cash Management and Investments.
About the role
As the Senior Finance Business Analyst (Organisational Sustainability), you will deliver robust, timely financial analysis, reporting and commercial advice to enable senior executives and managers to effectively plan, implement and evaluate initiatives that strengthen organisational sustainability and long-term performance.
A regular day will see you:
- Deliver accurate financial reports, forecasts, and models to guide sustainability decisions
- Assess financial viability and risks of proposed sustainability initiatives
- Coordinate tracking and reporting of sustainability performance across the organisation
- Collaborate with stakeholders to consolidate data and drive accountability
- Provide insights and recommendations using key financial and non-financial metrics
About you
As the Senior Finance Business Analyst (Organisational Sustainability), you will be someone who has excellent communication skills, with a strong commitment to excellence in patient care. You'll bring energy and drive to your work, and have a keen interest in developing your skillset.
To be successful in this role you'll bring with you:
- Relevant qualifications in finance or economics; CPA/CA or equivalent experience
- Advanced financial modelling and data interpretation skills
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement abilities
- Proficiency in Excel, financial systems, and reporting tools
- Sound judgement, discretion, and a drive for continuous improvement
