The Opportunity Awaits:

In this role, you'll leverage your leadership and coordination to excel in a fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

  • Supporting end-to-end project delivery from planning through to completion
  • Monitoring progress, budgets, and schedules to achieve key project milestones
  • Preparing and reviewing cost forecasts, progress claims, and variations
  • Coordinating with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Managing procurement, logistics, and resource allocation
  • Contributing to continuous improvement and innovation.
  • Working independently and taking ownership of your projects
  • Championing company policies and guidelines with unwavering diligence
  • Assisting the civil team to guarantee timely project delivery
  • Collaborating with supervisors and managing on-site teams to uphold safety and quality standards

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Bachelor of Engineering
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Strong problem-solving abilities
  • Previous on-site and project experience (3+ years)
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
