About the position
In this dynamic role, you'll work on high-profile equity and complex credit transactions that shape the future of real estate development and investment at Qualitas. You will collaborate closely with senior team members across the Group, supporting all aspects of the investment lifecycle — from due diligence and deal structuring to investment management and performance monitoring. Key responsibilities
- Support the execution and project management of equity and complex structured finance investments.
- Build and maintain advanced financial models to evaluate investment opportunities and performance.
- Prepare investment committee materials, term sheets, and risk assessments.
- Coordinate stakeholders to ensure smooth asset management, taking a project management lens to ensure strategic objectives of an investment are maximised in the context of multiple workstreams and competing priorities.
- Manage ongoing asset performance, including financial reviews, capital drawdowns, and investor reporting.
- Participating in project meetings to ensure ongoing detailed understanding of project fundamentals.
- Contribute to market research, investor presentations, and capital raising initiatives.
What you'll bring to the role
- A tertiary qualification in finance, commerce, real estate, law, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in investment banking, private equity, corporate finance, advisory, real assets development/investment, real assets project management or similar.
- Proficient in financial modelling and understanding of real estate capital structures.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly present complex information.
- A proactive, detail-oriented approach with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
- A passion for real estate investment and an eagerness to contribute to a high-performing team.
- Experience or understanding of construction programs, development risk, real estate project/asset management or valuation principles (highly regarded).
