THE ROLE

Mainway is seeking a 
Senior Project Manager
 with 
development and delivery experience
 to oversee projects from early feasibility through to completion. This role is client side and hands on - suited to someone who can drive approvals and also lead during the construction stage.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Manage multiple projects end-to-end: feasibility, approval, design, tender, delivery, and handover.
  • Lead 
    DA and SSDA submissions
     with consultants and authorities.
  • Oversee 
    construction delivery
    , managing contractors, budgets, program, and quality.
  • Provide clear client and stakeholder reporting (PCGs, board advice).
  • Identify risks and safeguard project outcomes.
  • Build and maintain strong client, consultant and contractor relationships - contributing to business growth.

ABOUT YOU

  • 8+ years of project/development management experience, with client-side exposure.
  • Proven capability managing 
    DA/SSDA approvals and construction delivery
    .
  • Tertiary qualifications in property, construction, engineering, or related field.
  • Strong commercial, contract, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Professional, proactive, and confident operating independently
