Riverbank Estate, a premium boutique winery and restaurant in the heart of the Swan Valley, is seeking a passionate and hands-on Junior Winemaker to join our team as we continue to grow.

What You'll Do:
Winemaking (Primary Focus)
- Assist in all vineyard activities including pruning, canopy management, and harvesting
- Participate in vintage operations, fermentation, and cellar work
- Barrel care, racking, and wine maintenance
- Bottling, labelling, and packaging
- Wine quality control and basic lab work
- Learn from and work under the guidance of our experienced winemaking team
Groundskeeping & General Estate Duties
- Lawn mowing, gardening, planting and watering
- General upkeep of the grounds to ensure our estate always looks stunning
- Assisting with event setup and presentation where required
About You:
- A genuine passion for winemaking and horticulture
- Willingness to work outdoors and in all weather conditions
- Ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Strong attention to detail and a can-do attitude
- Previous experience in a winery, vineyard, or groundskeeping role is advantageous but not essential – we value attitude and potential
