What's the role?

You'll play a key role in shaping Westpac's industrial relations strategy and providing expert advice to senior leaders. From enterprise bargaining to managing industrial disputes and workplace change, you'll guide the business through complex matters with confidence and clarity. This is a full-time role based in Sydney, offering flexibility to support how you work best.

What do I need?
  • Strong technical expertise in industrial relations and policy interpretation.
  • Excellent communication skills to influence and advise stakeholders effectively.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across teams and with employee organisations.
  • Proven capability to manage priorities in a large, complex environment.
  • Agile mindset with a focus on delivering high-quality outcomes.
